I have never gave a bad review. I always do good ones to help out local businesses. But....today I had a bitter sweet dealing with Mr Appliance in Killeen. They had the sweetest lady answering phone, fast service, price umm a little high, but didn't mind paying $193.00 for it. BUT, if you break the plastic corner off the wash machine tell me. This dude lies and he is dishonest! if you buy anything from him better watch him like a hawk cause if he breaks or damages something he wont tell you and then will lie and say he didn't! better yet just go some where else his prices are to high anyway...
Great service from technician as always
The big boss came out and fixed the leak in my dishwasher. He was persistent and did not give up on the issue. He fixed it after working on it for over an hour! Hooray!
The personnel were friendly, helpful and came when they said they would or let us know if they would be late. We would recommend using them for appliances.
We have used Mr Appliance a few times and have found them professional, personal, and very respectable of your property. We had them fix an ice maker and they did a great job. They come when they say they will come and are honest about what needs to be done. I highly recommend Mr Appliance. The only company I will use.
They knew what my problem was just by what I told the office assistant. When he arrived he brought the part and completed my service in a very short time. Very courteous and professional.
I have called Mr. Appliance now for two separate issues. They were fast, friendly, professional, and Rick was willing to deal with my large, loud, nosy, dog. He fixed everything quickly and was always prompt. I highly recommend them and will not go anywhere else for servicing! Thank you again, Rick!
