I have nothing but admiration for this appliance center. I had to return a product due to defects. Their warranty service is extremely fast. I had had no problems at all.
What I love about this appliance center is that they have several brands of device. It gives me more freedom to choose.
Initially, we had an ok experience with Mr. Appliance. The tech wasn’t overally friendly, but it was just ok. The issue started when they could not diagnose what was wrong with our dishwasher, just that whatever it was kept blowing the fuse. They offer a 1 year warranty on the part, so we kept having to call them back as the fuse kept blowing. Super Honest, Highly Recommend – We needed a repair done on our GE "Profile Series" refrigerator (DON'T BUY) - and called Mr. Appliance to come by to fix it (again). Steve, the franchise owner, came out to do the repair. He was super professional, courteous, and HONEST, letting us know that he felt there was more than one issue with the fridge (worried he would fix and need to be called out again in the future). I truly appreciate his honesty, and would call again, if ever I needed a repair... Thanks, Steve!
THE VERY WORST – This place is awful, they sold me a dryer with hidden nails in it that ruined several pieces of my clothes. And then was going to charge me $30 to fix it until my mom called and threatened to call the better business bureau.
