Initially, we had an ok experience with Mr. Appliance. The tech wasn’t overally friendly, but it was just ok. The issue started when they could not diagnose what was wrong with our dishwasher, just that whatever it was kept blowing the fuse. They offer a 1 year warranty on the part, so we kept having to call them back as the fuse kept blowing.
