BEWARE !! BEWARE !! BEWARE !! Bought my girlfriend a watch for her birthday on october 30 2025. We went on a cruise where i finally gave her the watch october 16,2025 just to wear it and get water inside the watch. My embarrassment was on the floor. Long story short i had to pay $800 to fix the watch after wasting $6400 with mr.alex. Worst customer service possible and super disrespectful.
