Chill Place I just moved in and although there were some issues the leasing team made sure it was fixed. I like my place and excited to live here. The cabinets could be upgraded but everything else is great!
How Do People Live Here? This place was, from web info, my top choice in 2017. After leaving several messages I eventually went with somewhere else. I finally got a call back three months later. Fast forward to 2025 and I've called and left messages twice in two weeks, and once again I'm going to go with another place because no one will call me back. How does anyone actually rent here? This is absurd.

Bad Management 2 reviews just now Their leasing office is a hot mess. They run 4 apartment buildings. Their manager flat up and left in February and management has gone down since then. They have lost my rent payments 3 times and want me to pay double the next month. And when you email them or call them they rarely ever get back to you. It’s frustrating because I just renewed my lease.
Definitely Recommended! I think this is one of the best places to live in Indianapolis. Situated in the heart of the Fletcher Place neighborhood, you will be surrounded by a wonderful smaller community with endless options for eating, drinking, live music, transportation, and anything else you could want. Mozzo Are the Hands Down the Best Apartments in Indianapolis I have to say Mozzo brings the A game to apartment living, I feel like I am living in a $200k condo, brand new apartments (sorry I think they are already filled up) but I feel like I hit the jackpot with my apartment, its absolutely perfect.
