The employees are not very friendly, customer service is bad, rude
Well known gang out for coffee and cakes etc by the river in Austin. Good atmosphere and decent drinks and food,parking can be a pain sometimes but additional parking is opposite across the road.
Went last night to see the Christmas light show & was very disappointed with the new light show format...what happened??? It was beautiful but I was expecting the BIG light show from pass years. Please go back to the old way...no need to change something that was fantastic. Old traditions are simply the best & last night was terrible. P.s. coffee was excellent

Loved everything about this place! The coffee was excellent for the adults in our group and the hot coco and little souvenirs were just what my kids needed! I have been twice now and the new format makes my entire family feel engulfed in Christmas lights!! A truly magical experience.

Thanks for the poor customer service. Please identify a better way to get drinks to your customers. Waiting over 15 minutes in unacceptable. Maybe consider Starbuck's process: calling out people's names rather than making us customers wait for over 15 minutes for a cappuccino.

Great location and ambience! Loved the light show and the family atmosphere. Had the Reese's PB pie and it was average.
