Keith Baker helped us originally but we had to go in on a day he was off due to time constraints so Terry Dinger worked with us and we left with the only car I fell in love with during my vehicle search! They were both great and very accommodating to us and our children! We couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience!
Excellent, Excellent . I live 2 hours away in North East PA. I checked with all my local dealers and they could not come close in price. The deal was made over the phone. Any questions I had where answered, I even requested multiple pictures and through the pictures I asked for a few things to be cleaned or checked and it was done. the customer service is topnotch. Dale Stauffer was a great salesman. Very helpful and informative and very pleasant to deal with for us. He wasn't pushy and he was very nice and very engaging. He knew what he was talking about and he helped my wife find the vehicle she wanted. We'll definitely see him again when my wife needs a new car!
We just purchased our 2nd Nissan in the past 6 months. First time there we were assisted by Dale Stauffer and there was no pressure. He asked us what we wanted in a car, our preferences, was knowledgeable about the various models and trim levels. When we decided to buy another car, we knew we wanted to work with Dale again. There was no price haggling, we agreed on a purchase price at the beginning and then did the paperwork. Highly recommend him.
