I had a review up here about a car that I purchased, they told me to take it down or they wouldn't help me. I took it down and they still didn't do anything. They told me it was certified car, it was never certified. Now they're telling me that I'm waiting on a part still a month later. My car isn't inspected anymore because I've waited so long for help. My latest experience at Moyer Nissan was amazing!! I leased a 2019 Nissan Sentra SR and the the entire process was smooth and very easy going. Car randomly wouldn’t start today, so I call Nissan for help and they give me the info for a towing service to tow the car there so I can pick up a rental for the weekend. Towing company takes over an hour and a half to pick up my car, meanwhile not knowing the dealership closes in 10 min....I call the dealership back and Tim the manager graciously stayed an hour after closing until I got there so I could have a rental. THAT is great customer service! Very happy to do business with them! Thanks Moyer Nissan!
