Great place. Party atmosphere.
I just arrived and the most rude and disrespectful front desk/check-in person ever. I called the day before, basically the same poor attitude. So this is consistent and tolerated.The amenities I expected. Needed help with extending my stay, “you can go across the street to the Embassy Suites”. Totally different response and kindness from the Embassy Suite staff. Unbelievable. Dumb me called Marriott Bonvoy and booked another Marriott hotel in the area. Loyalty gets you absolutely poor service.
I would give a zero but one star is the lowest. We had a reservation for yesterday check-in is at 3:00 p.m. we were on our way 5 minutes from the location and at 7:00 p.m. I get an email saying that our reservation was canceled because of an AC issue. When I got to the other Hotel that we were told to go to they mentioned a $100 incidental fee and they were told that I knew about that which I was never informed. Daily housekeeping, free snacks and water, great party atmosphere. Yes the room is small but beautifully furnished and pricied accordingly making it a great deal. Great for fun laid back travelers who want nice amenities without resort prices.
