Every staff member we met at the Moxy Washington was kind and considerate. They helped us with every request, and the front office manager, Yasmeen, went the extra mile to help us even after we checked out. The hotel space was pristine, the market/snack area was always well-stocked, and the location was perfect for walking to any number of restaurants and markets. Bonus: This hotel is also exceptionally welcoming to traveling queer couples.
Every shift seems they have 1-2 competent, professional, and friendly staff. But they are surrounded by five or six clueless colleagues who have a pretty bad attitude and don’t bother to help the shift leaders that are actually taking care of the guests. I bought a room here for a 1-night stay but they overbooked without finding me an alternate room when I arrived, at least the lady at the desk was nice and gave me a refund, but I did have to sit in the lobby for hours because they couldn’t get me another room.
