Got sick and was pressured to work despite not being provided proper winter attire,and when I ended up quitting today I was told that my check would be adjusted to minimum wage because "that's all I'm required to do by state law" by the Manager named ***. Don't use this company either, they overcharge and all the equipment is broken or damaged. Stay away!
Excellent Service. Arrived On Time And Completed Treatment In A Competent And Professional Manner.
The company sends salesman into neighborhoods that are clearly posted No Solicitation. The Salesman was argumentative, rude and disrespectful and would not take no for an answer. I ended up closing the door on him. I would never do business with a company who employees such horrible representatives.
Excellent service techs. The office staff was so informative and helpful. Each tech was polite and efficient. After 4 treatments our ***** Recluse issues are gone. Highly recommend this company!
Just had my first treatment and so far all is good. Jason S. was very polite and explained everything he was doing and what to expect after the first treatment. Being a dog owner I was a bit worried about the chemicals he was using and how they are 100% pet safe. Made me feel better about having this done.
They were thorough at a great price. On time and answered all my questions.
They showed up at the door and pressured my wife into a contract. We ended up paying $250 to get out of it and only received one 20 minute visit. Hate that company especially getting duked by them. Its not to often that a business gets one over on me and they did succeed. They are tricky. JUST SAY NO TO MOXIE PEST CONTROL.They have lots of bad reviews
We have been with Moxie on a quarterly basis since inception - 12 YEARS. Early on they were great. In the past two years their service has diminished. We had a serious problem with Black Recluse spiders very recently. We called and asked them to come out mid quarterly visit which they always promote ("if you have any problems between visits, call us, we'll come out no charge). Do not use Moxie. I honored the one year commitment that was sold to me by the salesperson and then sent written cancellation following the one year commitment. They indicated that since I did not cancel within 30 days of the next quarterly service due appointment that I would be responsible for that quarterly service. While that may be what the contract states, good customer service would allow this cancellation without penalty based upon my honest understanding of what I was sold.
