Richie did my service today and did a great job. He was able to get out here and complete my quarterly service within a hour of me calling in due to some confusion mainly on my behalf about when my service was suppose to ne completed. Thanks for being so quick Katie and Richie
Richie and Kolton are great. They came out to day on short notice and removed some mice traps that had a lizard on it and per my request were able to remove the lizard with no harm coming to it. Thx guys for making the extra effort and going the extra mile.
Today is 7/11/11 and Jack was very courteous and professional. He showed compassion for me when my demeanor was not at its best. He took extra care in granulating the yard because my daughter is deathly afraid of spiders and sat in her car for 30 minutes late one evening because no one was awake to help her get in. According to her the only witness was a huge tarantula which did escape and is at large in our neighborhood but won't be coming back to this residence because of Moxie and Jack's extra care for their customers.
