Ryan and Isaac did my initial treatment. Excellent customer service! Listened to my concerns and did a very good job. I feel good about making the choice to have Moxie take care of my pest control needs.
Had Bob over to help us with our spider problem, at first we were mad, but then Bob let us know that our visit was free, we only pay once a quarter and any visits in that time is free. He got rid of our webs and spiders was very helpful with our kids running around. This is why we chose Moxie, after Orkin and Home Team both charged us hidden fees and per visit not moxie. They guarentee their service and appreciatte their customers
Matt F. came to the house this morning for my quarterly service. He was very nice and polite. When he was through with the outside, he came to the door and reminded me that if I have any problems to give them a call and they will come out and re-treat the area.
We've had great experiences with Moxie, and our last tech, Bob, was outstanding. Very polite, very knowledgeable (I asked a lot of questions about kids and pets, and he was able to answer every one), and very willing to work around my crazy family. Had Ryan and Bob for our quarterly service they were a good team that took care of all my needs and sprayed for my roached
Bob came by and took care of my ants, was very polite and made sure that he did everything he could before making sure I was happy with the service
Nate & Jefrey (I think that is what is written on my sheet) have been to my house twice now to treat the bugs in the yard & around the house. They are very pleasant young men. They work efficiently are are always VERY polite.
Jack from Moxie came out on one of the hottest days of July to take care of a rather large yellow jacket nest. After dealing with the yellow jackets, Jack walked the entire yard looking for more nests. He found several smaller wasp nests and 5 or 6 black widow nests and promptly dealt with them as well. Jack was extremely professional and courtesy. I was extremely impressed. Moxie's service is awesome.
Prompt. Professional. Great Customer Service. Our technician, Ryan, came out today for the initial treatment. He was courteous and thorough. Also very willing to handle multiple yellow jacket nests. We're very pleased we chose this company.
