Moxie always does a phenomenal job, Richie in particular. He always explains exactly what treatments he has performed and is extremely thorough both inside the house and out. He definitely goes the extra mile to provide excellent service , answer my questions and is a super nice guy...he even tries to get along with my crazy German Shepherd! Its why I ask for him by name every time I make an appointment with Moxie!
Bob got rid of all our webs and was very friendly.
Brad D. came to our house in north Raleigh to take care of our ant problem. He did a very professional and thorough job treating the house, locating the ant colonies and showed me that they found a way over a close by tree to bypass the chemical barrier from previous treatments. Brad explained everything he did in and around the house and, most importantly, answered all my questions around my #1 concern - the health risks for my children. I'm very satisfied with Brad's excellent service. Thank you Brad! Thank you Moxie!
Nate and Bob came by for our treatment and took care of all our spider and ant problems, btoh made sure to do a thorough job and both explained what they had done and what to expect great pair of guys.

Richie came out for a follow-up appointment last month. We had an ant issue, and I didn't feel like the people I called in the office were all that responsive to our needs. They wanted to schedule someone to come out in a few days. However, Richie came out and took care of the problem. He gave a full explanation of what treatment he applied, and instead of just saying, "Call us if you have any trouble," he went ahead and scheduled himself for a follow-up in one week.
