They don't listen to what you want. I called them and told them I would call them when I wanted them to come by for a service well they came by and did a service without my authorization and charged me for it

The Moxie Team is great. From scheduling to services, they are prompt and efficient. Michael C. was here today (despite the pelting rain & cold). He was the same technician that exterminated a HUGE yellow jacket nest this past summer.
