Outstanding Customer Service....We just had our 1st pest control treatment today by representative Jerome Marx. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and the results to expect. He answered all my questions and concerns very patiently. I will highly recommend Moxie services to my friends and family. We had an appointment with Moxie Pest Control today and Russ arrived on time friendly and ready for service. He confirmed our service request, and willingly answered our questions informatively and professional. He proceeded his tasks promptly and made sure that we were satisfied with the task at hand. Thanks Moxie with the wonderful service that Russ provided.

I had a representative show up at my house on a Friday offering a great rate on having our yard and home treated. I was told that a technician would arrive the following day around 3:30. The technician (Seth) was right on time and very courteous. He was very informative and thorough about the treatment he was performing that only took about 15-20 minuets to complete. Too early to tell how the treatment will work but the staff have been very polite and professional.

EVERY one of the representatives that have come to our house have been a well-spring of knowledge. Our area just so happens to have a high amount of cockroach activity and we see a big difference. By the way, our representative Robert that came today was very professional, thorough and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Moxie if you're even thinking about pest control.

For about three years I have used Moxie Pest Control. I am always impressed with the company's punctuality and thorough work ethic. I recently had Moxie come as a follow up visit. Bryson came to service my home and was extremely knowledgable, cordial, punctual and thoroughly listened to my concern before establishing a plan of action. I greatly appreciate his demeanor in not dismissing my concern as minute, but respecting my anxiety and treating the issue as a priority. Thank you so much!

Great service. We've had some extra (insect) visitors with the onset of summer and needed someone to come between the quarterly visits to address this. The tech they sent (Greg) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect as a result. He's also setting up another visit to check on things in 2 weeks. Really appreciate their responsiveness.

What an excellent customer experience. Jerome was assigned to treat my home. He was articulate and fast while being extremely polite. By far the most professional pest treatment I've had. It was also apparent that he loved what he did which for me is very important. When someone enjoys what they do I know they'll do a good job which is exactly what he did. Two big thumbs up for Moxie and Jerome. Keep up the great work! - CP
