I just started with Moxie Pest Control today. The tech who's name was "Bennet" showed up on time, was cleanly dressed, and performed his service in a very professional manor.
Another super job by Andrew Hagler. Andrew is truly a great technician - field expert -. He always does a complete and thorough job and willing to go the extra mile to help us. He is very kind and listens to our problems and give us the effective remedy to get rid of the ants, spiders, silverfish and other insects. Thanks to Moxie for having great folks like Andrew, special thanks to Andrew.
We are new to Arizona and we’re referred to Moxie by a friend. Logan came out the first time and explained everything and was very kind and professional. We have not seen any bugs!
Seth, came out for my third Moxie visit, he did an excellent job, hitting all the areas of concerns. He reviewed what he had done when he finished, very professional! Another 5 star service from Seth ( Moxie).
Michael was just here, ; did a great job, explained what services he was going to perform. He was very friendly.
Moxie pest control sales person had me sign a contract on an ipad with one set of prices (69 and 99 quarterly) then i got charged a much higher price. The Salesperson showed me the right prices before i signed. Then when he left and he apparently changed them and emailed a different contract with higher prices. He did not give me a copy of contract after i signed. Does this qualify as fraud? It is outrageous…
Bramdon is an excellent salesman and a good person. Taylor came to house to exterminate and did everything Bramdon said he would do. Taylor was also very polite and appears to be an expert at what he does. After Taylor left we cancelled our previous pest control company. We look forward to an excellent relationship with Moxie.
