I have been using Moxie Pest Control for over a year now and my service guys have been super. They come by regularly every 3 months or more frequently if there is an issue with insects or rodents on your property. Kayden was my servicer on 7/18/23, he was a very knowledgeable young man and took care of my property including some areas that needed extra attention.

Excellent service. Very polite and helpful technicians. The office staff is always on target to help solve any problems. I am very satisfied with the organization, the individuals such as J.R. who have come to our home, and with the success of their preventive and safe treatments for our yard and home.

Stay away from this company...They HARASS you before your bill is even due !! My invoice was due on 1/29/22 and I paid on 1/28 Service was on 12/30 so less than 30 days and in that time period they called so many times sent me emails and texts...Spoke with Jenny the Manger and told her I did not like the way the company did business and to cancel my account and she refused to cancel without charging me $200 ....She kept saying let me call you back next week when you are calmer/less mad!!! Matt K. did our pest control service today. He was incredibly patient, polite, profession, helpful and took the time to educate us on things we could do to reduce the scorpion problem. I would like to have him back anytime! Also, I have to say, it's not just Matt - I have been super-impressed by the reps that come out from Moxie to do our pest control service - they have all been very good!
First, I will start by stating I gave ample time and opportunity for Moxie to resolve the issue they created before writing this review. I hired Moxie to treat my yard for ants. During the registration and scheduling I requested and stated several times that I did not want poison granules to be spread in my yard because I have very young puppies.
