Nothing but great things to say about this company. I have an Airbnb in Scottsdale with a great deal of turnover and I have NEVER had a bad experience.
Probably the worst customer service I have experience as a consumer from any company in my adult life. Do yourself a favor and do not wait weeks for them to respond, keep calling and calling to be given a run around, send numerous emails that do not get responded to. We were given the run around, told different thing's from multiple different people after having to call literally 20+ times. This company does not clean every house the same. They treat the employees bad. Blames the new workers for there mess up. For a business they do not know what they are doing .
This outfit is ACES! I own an Airbnb and these folks know exactly what it takes to make a great presentation all at a real fair price.
PAY AFTER SERVICE RENDERED Made the mistake of paying beforehand. Cleaners did only half of what was agreed upon and owner did not respond to concern. There are many better cleaning companies. Choose wisely.
