I booked a Japanese head spa with Paige a while back, got it done recently and LOVED the customer service in the salon. Everyone was extremely friendly and more like a family than a business. Today I got a balayage done with Paige because I loved the atmosphere so much and it was honestly wonderful. It was like I sat down with an old friend, she was super thorough in consultation and figuring out what I wanted and how she can make it happen, went out of her way to make me comfortable, and really did an amazing job. First of all- the environment of the salon is incredibly open and easy going. I immediately felt welcome and have zero regrets going there. My stylist- Alyssa is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and legitimately wants to go above and beyond to make sure you know the process, the expected outcome, and for you to leave loving your hair.
AMAZING SERVICE! I could not recommend more, all of the staff was extremely friendly and professional, and very sweet and kind the entire time. Kept asking if I needed breaks or a drink which was very appreciated. Ask for Mel! Everybody else there is great as well. 100% returning!
Ruby was amazing. I havent got a stylist that listened and gave me the exact cut that I wanted in 15 years, and she did. She is great with a buzzer, a razor and a scissor. I would recommend 10 times over. And will definitely be back. I love my mullet!!
Tiff absolutely fixed my mess of a mullet! It was a quick, amazing appointment! I loved the environment and all of the staff were very nice. Thank you all so much!
