This shop is exceptional. Fantastic workmanship, very reasonable and the owners and staff are extremely genuine and welcoming. Special shout-out to Jon-Marc (which is an excellent name, BTW), the young man who greeted me at each visit, loaded and unloaded the gear and generally displayed excellent customer service. I will recommend Mower Menders to all my neighbors!
After getting our lawnmower repaired, we dropped in to pick it up. The mower it self still would not operate as it should, after we got home. We brought the lawnmower back in, and asked the guys to look at it again. Coby, the owner, gave us a loaner mower, for us to take home to use while they repair the lawnmower. We get home, and could not flip the handle bar upright as it should for it to operate correctly on the loaner lawnmower. Felling perplexed, we called Mower Menders back. Absolute best customer service! Shay and her crew do things right. Knowledgeable about their products. If you buy new, the film up the tank and register your product for you and then they test it one more time before you drive away. Outstanding!
