Recommendedwe took our lawnmower here to get fixed. it took almost 3 weeks to get it fixed but it got done. it cost us 250. they have a borrow mower we were able to use in the meantime. I think they're fair and they gave me great service. it was definitely a fix I couldn't do myself. I'm glad they figured it out for me. they were all very sweet to me each time I came in. (4 times) they were very friendly with me. they have super cute baby blankets too that I couldn't help buying. 💙🤞 they're huge salt water fish tank is really nice to... read more

1 Star The management is arrogant and unprofessional. Purchase your product from a reputable dealer that doesn’t act like they’re doing you a favor. You won’t find customer service at this business.

their more concrned for your $ than serviceing you properly – while standing in line I listned to them brag about the amount of customers they had. when a man and boy walked in and asked about his mower that had been thier for 2 weeks the owner replied " I am srry but your belt hasn't come in yet we will try to get it for you on sat. or monday" the man was obviously frustrated and left saying it's not your fault." after they left i watched the owner turn to his employee and tell her to order it so they might get it next week... read more
I never write reviews, and I never complain, but in this instance it deserves one, a one star. Customer facing manner could use a little polish. I had to call three times to check on mower for simple cable and blade replacement AFTER the one week time frame had passed. Service counter said they sent text, I did not receive a text, I had to go by shop to check and see if mower was ready. Phone service is terrible. To top it off, my bill was rather exorbitant, $96 for a cable, blade installed. Attendant indicated I was "only" ... read more
