When I was shopping for a zero turn mower I looked online and checked out all of the big box stores. I am glad I made one more stop at the Mower Shop in Medina. Everything you need in one place! Two years ago I was looking for a Zero turn for my new house. I was very picky and undeceive. I was in there for hours asking question after question and bugging them to know end. They answered all my questions with no problem. After 3hrs of badgering them...I left. Without a mower. They even come to your residence and pick your mower or snoblower up. Why have I been loyal for decades? Because they are trustworthy and go the extra mile when I need it. I purchased a Husqvarna Chainsaw from them about a year ago. great place.
Just purchased the Husqvarna zero turn lawnmower package from them. Zack was awesome. He took the time to answer our questions to ensure we made the right choice. We went in on Saturday morning and had our equipment 2 hours later. Excellent customer service.
We had a very easy purchase/delivery experience buying our dixon mower last year and look forward to our future relationship.
The service to repair my snow blower was excellent. Employee's were helpful in determining whether to buy a new one or get unit repaired. They were right. New unit would have cost me over 3 hundred dollars. Good guys to work with.
