The mower shop has been very good to me. With a large yard to take care of, I can find everything I need at reasonable prices. When units need repair they are able to have my equipment back to me in short fashion. And most importantly to me, they know me by name, they know my equipment, my yard and its needs, are willing to have a conversation with me about my needs and concerns and come off as very nice people.
I purchased my Gravely mower from The Mower Shop in Medina, OH. I have been nothing but pleased with the tractor and its performance to date!!!! I have had general maintenance done at this same location and have been pleased with their service.
This is the place to get your education and shopping all done at once. The experience and selection is great and they have years of service knowledge as well to back up a good purchase decision. Thanks for making good use of my time and money!

Great service. The big box stores simply do not have the expertise in maintaining lawn equipment. Prior to buying my lawn tractor at the Mower Shop in Medina, I went through two lawn tractors from Sears (Craftsman) and Home Depot (John Deere). I've had my Ariens from the Mower Shop for over 8 years now with no problems. I have it serviced once a year (with their pick up and delivery option) and couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Ask for Zack.
