We had no issues with this company for the past 3 years and this year has been awful. Our driveway will either be missed altogether and I have to call to request someone to come out or they don’t get out to plow until after 3pm on days where it stopped snowing before 5am. When I call to see if the plows were supposed to be out or were still out the owner is also very short with me, makes excuses, and then hung up on me when I stated that I paid for a Y driveway and have yet to have my driveway plowed correctly.
