I bought 4 each scag belts for my property in Hawaii. The part I ordered said it was compatible with Scag part number 486284. My manager put on a belt and it broke shortly thereafter. We have since learned that the part they sent is 3 inches longer than OEM part number 486284. I tried to get a refund but they said it was past the 30 days. Great customer service! I placed a order through Amazon, FEDEX tracking was stuck somewhere in Indianapolis. No way of getting ahold of a live person with FedEx, spoke with Jim at Mowmore and he took care of it right away! This was in no way their fault it went missing on the FedEx side but they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we ordered. I definitely recommend shopping from here, I will be ordering from here for all our lawn care business needs!
I ordered an RBG-750 blade sharpener through them online. Process was easy. I made a mistake when I selected the wrong grit collector. An employee called me and let me know it was wrong and that they could easily swap out, no issue. I have placed a few orders since and I have had no issues. The trash collection bags that can be put on mowers are super nice and helpful! We have one on every mower now.
I want to change my review. Bob contacted me, he was really apologetic about the problem with the delivery. I just got the part. Thank you for taking the time to fix the mistake.
