My long haul move went well. The initial quote was more cost effective relative to the competition. During the process, various customer service representatives provided status updates. The packers took extreme caution with my items. The movers unloaded my items and reassembled furniture to my satisfaction.

Since my move was over 1,600 miles, I wanted to use a good company and Moving Pro was the first to respond. The coordinator was awesome and the services and expectations he set were accurate. The delivery driver was really good to me and I loved him. Moving Pro was efficient and helpful. I felt comfortable with them.

Moving Pro was closer to my location and I had a baby grand piano that I wanted to be moved at the same time. They had a third party come in and prep the piano and I felt very comfortable with that. Everybody was very professional and I didn't have any problems with any damage or anything. They're also very good about calling ahead of time to keep me posted on what was happening and I knew exactly what time they were going to arrive. My move was New York to Ohio and Moving Pro said they would get there quicker and in a timelier fashion. We agreed on the dates for delivery. The staff was great. Everyone from the moving coordinator to the guys that packed and dropped off, to the people that scheduled the pickup and delivery, to the drivers, were right on. I moved from NY to NJ and used the company Moving Pro that my best friend had to use to move her. The staff was very friendly and helped me out with any questions I had. I was told that I would receive top notch service and that's exactly what I got. The foreman and his crew worked very quickly and efficiently. They even went above and beyond by disposing my sofa and love seat free of charge. I plan on moving next year after my new home is renovated, and will be sure to use Moving Pro again.

We moved out-of-state to be closer to family for health reasons. The Moving Pro coordinator was very good and the service was accurate. The furniture was protected nicely and they put everything in the right rooms. They were professional and did a great job.

We chose Moving Pro mostly due to their flexibility and can-do attitude. They want us to be done quickly and on-time. I didn't have the luxury of waiting between five to ten days. It was last-minute and they made it happen. I called around and got about eight different quotes but Moving Pro was able to work with me at a reasonable final rate. Moving Pro is absolutely awesome. When I had to change the move date, at least three times, they were extremely accommodating. At the last minute we found out we had to be out of our old house by 2:00 pm, I advised Moving Pro and again they were very accommodating, the owner and staff were professional and pointed out potential issues, shrink wrapped everything and were extremely careful with our furniture. I checked multiple companies, and I was pleased with the professionalism of the person from Moving Pro that I talked to and with their estimate.
