The guy from Moving Pro who assisted in scheduling the move was more than pleasurable. I called them the day before the move and I got quoted a cheaper price elsewhere but Moving Pro was able to do it for the same price and their people came out first thing in the morning. They usually do boxes, not bags, but they accommodated me without any fuzz - I packed most of my clothes in bags. Their moving crew was very friendly, professional and clean. I had a great experience with Moving Pro. After considering several options for my move and speaking to a lot of companies, I went with Moving Pro because their customer service was better than anyone else I spoke to. The move was great, on time and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I moved from New York to Colorado and called a couple of moving companies and didn't get a good response. So I called Moving Pro and they answered right away and seemed to be interested in helping me out. The coordinator worked with me and got me squared away with everybody I needed to be squared away with. I had my coordinator and everybody else that I needed to get things done. The movers were hard and fast workers, and efficient. Moving Pro did what they said they were going to do.

I searched online for moving companies and requested for a quote. Two companies got back to me and Moving Pro was a little bit more prompt in their response. I did the packing and the people from the local company moved and delivered them. Moving Pro did mostly the coordination. I was happy with both parties - everything was properly informed, went without a hitch, and Moving Pro followed through pretty well. I talked to at least three different people.

From the start of my move, the team at Moving Pro were professional and very helpful! The first person whom I spoke to was courteous and straightforward so I knew that I was getting the best deal possible! Everyone involved answered my questions and resolved any issues. My move was 1400 miles and all of stuff remained safe! The payment process was easy also! Overall great experience.

I had to move for work and the people Moving Pro who helped me out were awesome. I moved plenty of times before and this is by far the best and most flawless experience. I didn’t know what to expect because I wasn’t prepared at all, but they made the move easy and really efficient. Moving Pro reps were very respectful and the first person that I called was so cheerful and nice. That's why I went with my guts and chose them. They brought an extra helper with them when they delivered our things but during pickup, there was only two people. They were very careful with my soft stuff like I asked them to. I also asked them to be very careful with the house that I was selling and my new home because its whole floor was brand new. The crew was very nice. I also have a dryer that I just bought which cracked.

It was completely flawless experience with Moving Pro. We moved the stuff from New Jersey to Texas. They really exceeded my expectations. They were able to arrange my move, with a very short notice. I used Moving Pro to move my mom across the country. I got several estimates, but Moving Pro was the lowest plus gave me the most confidence in its accuracy. My rep was helpful and replied quickly to my tons and tons of questions. Once we committed to the move Moving Pro continued to manage the process effectively and kept me well-updated throughout the process, and everything happened in the time frame promised.
