I was very taken by the professionalism and friendliness of the people who came to work at my house. Within a matter of moments, they came in and everything was safely loaded into their vehicles and we were on the way to my new home. I was moving in with my girlfriend and decided to use Moving Pro. Their representative was very professional and to the point. The moving crew was polite, speedy, and very helpful. At one point, I was moving a box and since clearly I'm not a professional, it fell through the bottom. They were there right away to help me tape it up.

Their crew picked up our stuff and delivered it on time at the agreed upon rates. The only thing that I think could be improved upon was the correspondence between the sales and the dispatch in getting confirmation of the pickup and delivery dates. The way that the sales and dispatch were separated can cause more anxiety for the mover. But other than that, our experience with them has been good.

used Moving pro to go from New York to Florida.I found them far less than professional.They don"t come to your place to see what your moving and give you a low estimate of the cost so that you will select them as your mover.When the mover arrives he then tells your you must pay more money.This is after he has your things on his truck.In my case I had to pay a 1000 dollare more than agreed on.They also made me pay 22 dollars each for boxes which I wanted empty but they charged me for packing them which I wanted to do myself.F... read more

The guys from Moving Pro were very friendly, courteous and professional. They were very personable so I felt comfortable. They didn’t take any more time than what's necessary, and when everything was said and done and they were ending the workday, they were still friendly. It was a good experience.

I needed some furniture moved from a storage unit in Jersey and got Moving Pro for the move. The reps were very good. The salesperson that gets you to sign up asked me if I was flexible as to when I can get the furniture picked up from the storage and delivered to me in Maryland. I didn't need the furniture on any particular date and because I was flexible on both ends, they were able to give me a good price. I expected to spend a lot more than I did. The rep from Moving Pro who assisted me with scheduling my move gave me the hourly rate and then he set up the move. They came by the next day and then charged my card. The move was quite some ways from my old house and they were quick and did a very good job - the crew even asked me where shall they move this and that.

Moving Pro was great. We chose them because of affordability, and they were able to work with our schedule. The gentleman we corresponded through email and phone was really understanding and attended to our needs so that made the decision easier. The moving crew was very helpful and understanding. They did a great job getting us from one place to the other, and making sure everything was there before the snow came. I give them kudos for that.

I had a good experience with Moving Pro. I have used them in the and the company has evolved. I purchased a new home so I had to move. They gave me a two-hour window when they're going to arrive. I requested them to come a little early, but they were late. But the move was pretty okay. They were friendly and polite. They work very professionally and efficiently and did not damage anything.
