We moved my daughter from NYC to Los Angeles. I was concerned when we contracted to use this company. The 5 star reviews come in clusters which I felt were shill reviews. The 1 star reviews unnerved me some. Then, after I signed the contract, there was trouble getting hold of the sales rep as the phone #s had ''changed''. We had a terrible experience with the company. When i signed the contract, our sales person, Zack, was very kind and told us that he will be in each step in order to provide us a great experience . Part of the verbal agreement was that delivery time would be just a few day.. Packing was excellent. Items were wrapped well to keep my furniture protected. Descriptions were good on cartons. Men were great…
We had the best team possible. They arrived on time, were so pleasant and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend this team (if they always work together) for a move. They helped me by first taking half of the furniture and boxes to our storage and then came with me to drop the other half to FedEx ship center. They also waited for me to make sure FedEx was able to deliver said boxes. They never complained and made the hassle of moving a breeze.
Moving Pro is awesome!! I could not be happier with my move. From the first phone call til the crew left my new house, the company and every employee were courteous, competent, and professional. Excellent moving company. The last company we moved with broke things and refused to take responsibility for it. They called ahead to verify and were on time and very fast. Can't recommend these guys enough.
THE BEST MOVERS IN TOWN!!! This is The most pleasant move I've ever had!!! They are professional, punctual, courteous, and seem to love their job. They are friendly and move expeditiously and with purpose. They didn't drag their feet and try to milk the process like other companies I have hired that charge by the hour. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am. I would recommend them to any and every one in search of movers!!!
