July 2019 Was when my nightmare began! Today is January 11 2020 and Today transmission number 2 never made it off the rack!!!! I am joining in here hoping anyone who sees this will not walk but run away from Moveras!!! I Bought re-manufactured transmission ( 48RE 4WD Heavy Duty) Automatic Transmission from Autozone for my 2006 3500 Dodge Diesel Truck. Disclaimer...... These guys suck i saved them a ton of money by towing a truck 116 miles back to our shop and fixing a leak because they left an o ring out then they wouldnt pay the tow bill they are croocks
The 1st transmission they sent me did not work right they set me one part to fix it I put it in did not fix it then they wanted to send me more parts I told them to send me a another transmission so they did I put the transmission in and it seems to work fine but it still had dirt and grease on the transmission painted over with silver paint they did not offer me any labor or any replacement transmission fluid I would not recommend any body buying a transmission from this place
Sourced a transmission from them, they do not back there product and look for anything to deny claim. I run a transmission shop. We purchased for an out of state traveler for the warranty, 4 months later and they won't honor warranty. I will never purchase and advise all my suppliers of the same. It is my goal for you to have no accounts in Az to rip customers off with. Buy from G.P.S, LKQ, or another reputable company, as moveras is not. transmission lasted 15000 miles.. less than 2 years. Supposed to be 3yr or 75000 miles. No warranty was honored by them. It is a cheap rebuilt and a bad choice.
