I had to have my transmission in an '07 Chevy Silverado replaced. The shop installed a new remanufactured Moveras transmission with a 3 year warranty. The unit lost 3rd and 4th gear in less than a year and had to be replaced again. They covered the cost of the transmission, but shafted me on the labor and materials reimbursement. I received $420 in reimbursement of a shop bill that was almost $1000. They allowed $400 for labor and $20 for fluid. Ive been a ASE mechanic for 30 years stay away from these transmissions.The transmission is junk and when you call for warranty they give you the run around and want you to fix their mistakes.

PURCHASED A TRANSMISSION, TOOK 2 1/2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE. AFTER INSTALLED FOUND THEY DIDNT INSTALL THE PARK PAWL SO NOT ONLY WAS THE SHIFT ROD BOUND IT HAD NO PARK. 2 MORE TRANSMISSIONS LATER RECEIVED ONE THAT WORKED. DROVE OUT OF TOWN ONE OF THE PRESSURE PLUGS FELL OUT AND LOST ALL THE FLUID. THEY DON'T OFFER TO COVER $200 TOW BILL, ANY FLUIDS OR LABOR FOR 3 TRANSMISSION SWAPS. THE WORST TRANSMISSION COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Transmission lasted less than 250 miles, the cost of transmission and install cost me over $3100. listen to ANY of the other reviews ANYWHERE! They want me to pay another $665 plus fluids to have the bad trans replaced and they might reimburse just the labor, after reading the reviews here and everywhere else I will save my time and part out the truck and try buy something else.

This company is very bad, I do not recommend it, until today it has been two months and I can not receive a refund that is about 265 dollars and pay 879.87 and it is the second time I am not to blame for the poor quality of their product

This company is a joke. Junk product and no help from them. 2015 GMC Sierra SLE. Installed first trans and lasted about 3k miles. Sent second trans and was bad from the start. Only had to road test 10 miles to find out the second one was no good. Only a fool would attempt to install a third trans from them, so we went with a different reman trans. ok i own and operate a auto repair shop i have been in this business for 26 yearsand have rebuilt and replace many transmissions i purchased a transmission[for the warrenty] from them on 10/15/19 in stalled it my self drove it 200 miles through a code p0742 converter stuck on .they made me tear down and diagnose the transmission and sent me out parts and i installed them then it acted up again then they said i needed to put another transmission in[#2]flushed out the lines and reinstalled that one drove it for 12 miles and it... read more
