Purchased a Moveras transmission from Autozone with misleading warranty. Purchased a reman transmission from Autozone after seeing on Autozone's website that Moveras will warranty the transmission for 4 years and unlimited miles. The warranty on Autozone website also claims that Moveras will reimburse for labor, trans fluid, and auto rental. Terrible transmission and terrible customer service. They will not stand behind their warrantee. I have just had my second trans from them installed, I have to pay for the second install, and it's already making humming noises at idle. They gave the such a run around to replace the first Transmission, that I'm not dealing with them anymore. I'm going to Allison Transmissions.

The biggest jokers on transmission repair they asked for something to warranty they transmission. They dont pay not even two quarts on transmission oil. Its the bad business you can do . On transmission rebuild. DONT BUY THEY PRODUCTS..

Each time Moveras sends you another bad transmission you must install another radiator /oil cooler. This is at your expense. The install cost for the new trans is only covered at $50 per hour which will cover about half of that expense. Each time you warranty a transmission it will coat you another 700 to 1000 dollars. After the third transmission I decided yo cut my losses and sold my vehicle. Moveras is unresponsive, extremely slow to provide support and you will regret doing business with them . Horrible, bought a trans for one of our customers, 2 weeks later had to warranty trans. Waited 3 weeks for Moveras to review and send new trans. Installed 2nd trans 1 week later leaking, Moveras wouldn't warranty. Send to local trans shop to inspect, I have in writing they forgot to install pump bushing had to pay them $291 to redo. No word back from Moveras multiple calls and letters. BEWARE

This place is a joke , do not buy from these people. Transmissions are junk ! And they claim the Transmissions has a warranty, but good luck getting ahold of someone much less a phone call back from them. Therefore you can not get a labor claim taken care off. What a huge scam they got going on. Autozone isn't any better , they sold me the Transmissions and say they have nothing to do with the warranty and to contact these jokers.

This was the best experience I could of ask for in buying and when i had issues with the transmission Leo....was there He was very clear on what I needed to do and how to do .. He got me up and going again in a very timely manner thx again Leo your great.... Moveras you are great

If I could leave negative stars, I would! Their warranty is TRASH! Not even worth the paper it is written on. They will even screw over business owners. I had to pay another shop $1,425 to replace TWO defective units from them, and now they're telling me that I'm out of luck and not getting any reimbursement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I also wish I had read the reviews first. My FIRST transmission from them didn't make it two days and had to be replaced. After 2 months I'm STILL waiting to have the issue resolved. I've had to eat $1000 in replacement costs, plus other expenses from the shop that did the installation that Moveras required in order for their warranty to be "honored", like an external trans cooler.
