Gave us list of items needed. Delivered within 2 days. Ask for several items again as if he did not receive. Always ask for items after 5:00 pm. Kept telling them want to close ASAP. Moved slowly, kept saying did not know we wanted early closing. Had to postpone closing a day after it was set because of paperwork on their part. Lawyers office kept calling us wanting info paperwork from closing company.
I highly recommend Barry & his team. I wouldn't use anyone else. They were fantastic! They took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, worked super fast to get us to closing within 3 weeks! Mortgages is all they do so they know how to do it well and are easy to communicate with, unlike banks.. Barry and Samantha and the rest of his team are genuinely honest and good people to do business with.
Barry and his team were outstanding in helping me with the purchase of my house. They are down to earth and fun to work with. I will definitely refer them to family and friends.
