Meg was not great. She was great in the beginning but then slowly became very terrible to work with. She put things off and then also liked to say that certain things were our errors instead of her own. My real estate agent says they won’t even recommend her anymore. I’ve waited over TWO AND A HALF months to close on a home I now don’t get to own. One star simply because other Movement lenders may be better than Meg. Stay clear of this mortgage company if it involves anything with Meg Hicks. We lost our contract on a condo that was for sale by owner due to her lack of communication and not returning phone calls, oh and buyer had already let us move somethings in because we were due to close with in a few weeks, only to move everything right back out because seller of condo was not informed of anything and Meg wouldn't return her calls. In dealing with Will on my transaction as the seller, I found him to be highly unprofessional and non transparent throughout the entire transaction. He was unable to close on time having to ask for two extensions. They did not pull the elevation report delaying closing. He stated that the appraiser called items and did not provide a picture of what was called yet expected me to pay for repairs without documentation.
