Hurt my back and was absolutely shocked any physio was open on a Saturday! Ended up seeing Alex for dry needling and help with getting back to normal. He was very compassionate in my sore and sorry state, which was greatly appreciated. I also booked in to see Tori (at Beeliar) a few days later for a massage. Both very helpful and again, I'm shocked that follow up emails were sent to go over what they recommended (exercise wise) moving forward (because when you're in pain you can't remember everything that's said at the time)... read more
I have had great relief from Nadia massaging my extremely sore shoulder & back. She also includes some exercises to strengthen these muscles. I can highly recommend Nadia she dies an exceptional job.
