I’m A support worker and my client was allowed out of hospital for the day to move house on Saturday 15/3/25! This company phoned her up 30 mins before the move and said the driver has had a serious accident and could not come can she change to the next day unfortunately my client needs doctors approval and none were available on the weekend. I had originally planned to move with this company and gave them several weeks notice. They gave me a competitive quote and I planned my move with them. They took several weeks to get back to me with a confirmation despite multiple calls and emails and at the absolute last minute (several minutes before close of business AND before a public holiday), they cancelled it saying there was no space in the warehouse. It's been a while since I moved interstate with this mob, but will never forget the negative experience, it was. It was one of the most stressful and awful times of my life, due to the extreme lack of care and respect, shown by the movers. From start to end, they were horrendous and damaged nearly every item we had. Did they care? No. Please be careful. They are great on the phone, but it quickly falls to pieces once the movers arrive. Despicable and disrespectful group.

Broken furniture. Lost items. Promised to sort out but just went silent and stopped responding to communication. Won't supply insurance claim forms. Gave them over a month to sort this out. Next stop Consumer Affairs. This mob use cheap sub-contractors and take no responsibility. Interstate move, half our furniture went to different a different State where it was unloaded and repacked with some items just disappearing. Avoid at all costs.
