I waited a long time at my original meet-and-greet appointment, but then at the follow-up the next day they got us right in. The room was very plain and was not decorated for kids; there were no pictures, mobiles or anything. The staff appears to be capable, but often rushed.

I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
