I have been going to that office for almost 8 years now. They are very courteous, professional. I was able to get a same day appointment today for my daughter that was running a fever. I have never had any problems getting them to refill my kids medications or having them fax an immunization form to the daycare.
Both of my children were put directly in harm?s way by a reckless and indifferent medical assistant supervised by Dr. Kimberly Mourani who carelessly stuck herself with a needle?possibly BEFORE she injected my son?and then turned, while bleeding through her glove, and gave my daughter her injection! Now my children require 5 blood draws over the next year to ensure they have not contracted HIV! The office will not talk with us after 16 years of patronage. We are forced to contact their attorney!
Too many issues. Front desk people are rude, not comfortable in the environment. Have so many issues with them and nurses always forgetting about daughter. Twice my daughter and i were left in room over 40 minutes to get shots and they forgot about us. Plus other issues can not put on here. Doctors are ok. Front desk is rude and nurses are ok.
Our experience with Rocky Mountain Health Center Pediatrics has been nothing but negative. We recently moved to CO from TX and found this provider through our insurance company. The office staff is unprofessional, does not introduce themselves and doesn't appear to care about the safety of their patients. I can't say enough good things about this group. We've seen Dr. Beck and Dr. Mourani on multiple occasions, for wellness as well as sick visits. Both doctors are excellent and go above and beyond to answer questions and take the time to make you feel like family, not just a patient. It's obvious that they truly love what they do. We've also used the overnight oncall system when our little one was sick and the nurses we've talked to over the phone are amazing. Big thank you to Dr. Beck and Dr. Mourani!!!
