Midland has been terrific for 14 years servicing my system . Service reps are always on time , informed , and explain what is going on with your system . Brandon kept the old girl going with a quick fix . Fingers crossed ...maybe get one more season out of her . Thanks Brandon .. This has been a most rewarding experience!! Gordon's is the most professional, service oriented business I have ever used. The products are very good, I have Lenox mini splits in my home and am extremely satisfied with them and the energy savings I am enjoying. Their service technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Had A/C inspection at my new home. Erica in the office was a bit busy/confused each time we talked but we got the appt scheduled. Tech was able to come earlier than expected which was great and he did a fabulous job. Very polite and thorough, educated and explained the entire report to me. Great COVID pro dudes as well. I would recommend this company.

Boehmer/Cronin Emery Service Experts has recently installed our new furnace. It is the second we have purchased from them. Their sales staff and technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them and if they had not come for the service call we may well have become very ill with the discharge of fumes from the broken furnace. They are A1.

We have been with Air Engineers for almost 20 years. We just had our 2nd system installed today. Derek **** (Comfort Advisor) was extremely helpful in guiding us in our decision as to which system would best serve our needs. Thank you Derek! Fraudulent. I have a full warranty from Orangutan on my HVAC system, including all parts and service. However, they have informed me that the sensor switch, which is shorting out, is not a covered item and not covered by the warranty. When I pointed out that the sensor switch is a "part," their excuse was that the company that manufactured the switch would not honor the warranty on it, shifting the responsibility of the warranty to the manufacturer. We had a routine equipment inspection but the next day the a/c unit was not working. There was a circuit breaker tripped, a component on the inside of the unit was disconnected. Wires were left dangling, one wire caused a short circuit. The technician did not tell us he'd left the unit in such a condition. We had to inspect it to find these conditions.

AC new 5 years. Company has been maintaining . What we didn’t know is that instead of maintenance, they excluded Freon and poked a hole in the compressor causing the ac to burn out! Of course, they will say we have no proof, but they were the only ones working on it! Told us we need a new AC unit!! They show you pictures of other broken units in their phone so you think it is needed. Every time they came for maintenance, they told us we needed new parts that run in the thousands... THIS IS A FRAUDULANT COMPANY, DO NOT USE!! ... read more
