I came here cause of my diverticulitis flaring up! And this is my second time here in the past 7 months. The customer service is very good and the nurses are very polite and friendly! The hospital is a place I don't exactly like to be at, but the staff here make the experience very pleasant.
My daughter was given a soft kangaroo toy for her to hold on to when we arrived to the emergency room. Very short wait. Nurses made us feel very comfortable. They also informed doctor on shift about her past issues and treatments and sped the process along. Got the test results quickly. In and out less that 2 hours. Thank you Mountain View Hospital
Did not wrap broken wrist properly. Did not explain anything wrong or any precautions. Let someone train on me while no one else supervised. Leaving my hand practically black from a blood pressure cuff right above my hand with an iv. Very disappointed. Last resort hospital for sure.
The er was horrible but since I been in a Room I my nurses on the 4 th floor are so amazing and sweet
I wasn't impressed but I wasn't disappointed. My mother-in-law had surgery yesterday to have her gallbladder removed. Checking in was swift. She waited normal time (2 hours) to get taken to surgery. Not uncommon. We were able to be with her during that time. What did surprise me was we weren't able to be with her when she was in recovery. At the very least her husband should've been able to go in. We didn't get to see her until they had us bring the car around. We didn't like that.
