Horrible E.R experience, my father was very ill and all nurses and Doctors were very rude and uncaring! My father was diagnosed in a chair where everyone and their mother can hear. I'm appalled on how this hospital treated my father and will never return. FYI, they'll ask you to wait back in the waiting room for your discharge, why? They needed the chair my father was sitting in!
Horrible experience. I went to there with an asthma attack. My oxygen level was at 88 so the hey took me back right away. But before i could even get treatment, I had the registration lady in my face asking me a hundred questions (remember I can't breath!) Finally get taken back to a room that had blood all over the floor and I had to point it out! After watching nurses yap in the hall forever one I finally got my steroids(after they dropped the 1st one because they were so busy taking) then back to the waiting room in my go... read more
Taking very good care of me, food isn't too bad for the most part!
Wish I could give 0 stars, worst hospital experience of my life. Came in with an appendix about to burst had to wait 4 hours to be seen, but worse than that the staff has been super rude and dismissive. Go to Spring Valley.
ER was crowded but they took care of me immediately. Nurses staff was exceptional on 5th floor. But the hospitalist left much to be desired. I gave a rating of 4 because no number fit exactly.
