My number one issue with this hospital is the privacy. There isn't any! I heard at least 8 different patient problems and diagnosis. It's ridiculous that the only thing that was confidential was registering. The Dr I saw total dismisses my conserns and actually rolled his eyes while talking to me. The rest of the staff was great. But I will never go there again. Tried to file a complaint. The charge nurse was busy. Then the Dr I was complaining about came to talk time again. So he again tries to make me feel like an idiot.
They took my daughter right back. Excellent service!
RecommendedEveryone is so nice and the wait was short! I always have a good experience even though its the emergency room. And my son loves his new kangaroo!
I have been a ER patient and an admitted patient at Mt. View Hospital more times than I can count or begin to remember. I've had good and bad experiences and I've had one pretty horrible experience. That was quite a few years ago so I won't go into it, but I wish I'd known about advocates back then. All my doctors work out of Mt, View, and it's so close to our house, I'm pretty much stuck going there. But I'd rather go to Sunrise.
RecommendedEvery time I have been I have been given excellent care.
Walked in and greeted right away. I was called back within 10 minutes. I had a possible broken wrist. They did xray as soon as I was done with vidals. They looked over xray's and had me in a brace and something for the pain and all in another 30 minutes. And to top it off they all were so friendly and attentive to my needs.
