When in the hospital for any reason, one does not want to feel neglected. Quite the opposite at St Mark’s. Every person we encountered far exceeded expectations. From the comforting words to explanations as to what is happening. So much so, we acknowledged the staff via cudo-cards. The team is top notch; obviously established from the top dawn.
I called with a small concern. I was immediately seen and taken care of and treated with the utmost professionalism. I felt like they were genuinely concerned and wanted to give me the best patient care possible.
