I absolutely recommend living here. Reasonable prices that do not increase, friendly owners/employees that take great care of the property, employees/owners respond to maintenance requests quickly, and I always felt extremely safe. They even returned my full security deposit shortly after move out. The best rental experience I had in the 8 years I rented in the Morgantown area.

We lived here for one year and only left because we bought a house. PROS: -Really clean upon move-in -Appliances are all great and never broke -Ample storage space in the multiple large closets -Easy parking for yourself and guests -Neighboring apartment walls are separated by a hallway, so you don't hear your neighbors, except for when they are in the shared hallway -The view out the back porch is to the trees, so it is calming and quiet -We received back our full security deposit! I've lived here for a year and a half. I can not say enough about how wonderful they are! The units are clean, well maintained and have great appliances. There's plenty of parking and dumpsters on site. Also, the staff has been amazing. Very responsive and kind.
