All of the doctors and staff here are wonderful. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Eidel; as she saved my cat's life. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. When I brought my diabetic cat to her, his blood sugar was out of control. She was not only able to regulate his levels, but eventually drastically decreased his insulin dose. I've been taking our dogs and cats to Mountainside for about 20 years now. They are always friendly and caring of our animal family.
I have been taking all my dogs for the 30+ years and just found out today about Dr. Ron's passing in February . I can only express how deeply sad I feel for his family & staff at Mountainside Veterinary Hospital, he was a great veterinarian & person.
Mountains side has been the best veterinary office I have ever been to. The owners and workers there are awesome. I would not go any where else I traveled at one time from Harford County to there for several years before moving back to area.you are all the best.Dee stevens
Ron Symonds not only a friend but had the very best bed side side manner there was. I myself many years ago had a young dog who ended up with major problems. Ron worked with me for months. I would have to call that morning and rush my dog in. There was no problem. Ron was always very truthful on the best treatment with me. His staff is very thoughtful and kind. I no longer live in MD. But I truly miss dealing with all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
