Just recently we had to make a tough decision for our 17 yr old daschund Max. Dr. Koelemeyer has primarily been taking care of Max any time we've brought him in for check ups. But this time it was tough. Dr. Koelemeyer showed such comfort & compassion to help us make a decision letting Max go. We didn't feel rushed. Had my pug Coco in on June 13 for dental work. Dr. Mannes reassured me that the advances in anesthesia take away many of the worries of the past. She came through problem free and I can't thank him and the fine staff of MVH enough for all they do.
We had to make the hard choice today with our dog Tigger. We are new to Mountainside and went there on the advice of neighbors. I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone from the front desk to the vet was exceptionally caring and compassionate. We are fortunate to have found them.
HUGE Shout Out to the Best Vet in the World: Mountainside Veterinary Hospital in Reisterstown, MD! The doctors (especially Dr. K, our favorite) are great and take the time to listen and address all concerns (big and small). The staff are funny, kind and so loving plus they are AFFORDABLE! I haven't ever taken my girls anywhere else and won't because they are like family. I know my girls are always well cared for and loved like they were their own pets there!
Absolutely love this office, everyone is amazing!! And doctors are all wonderful.
I can't rave enough about this place! They took such good care of my pup this last week with his bowel obstruction that required surgery. They were always so thoughtful, always honest with what they thought was needed for his care, and immediately comforting when I expressed concern about the cost of his stay and offered an 18 month interest free payment plan.
