I first and foremost just want to say that Jaymes is a good dude. He had good energy and came into our home excited and eager to help. He explained everything about the process of getting a new HVAC unit. It can be stressful because that is a huge purchase and a lot of moving parts that go into making it happen. The team at mountainside air did a great job installing my two new AC units. They were very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Jaymes the comfort advisor was extremely knowledgeable, and a good guy to work with. He explained all the options, took lots of pictures of what needed to be replaced. Very happy with everyone

Albert was my technician and he did a great job. He was polite, professional, and very efficient with the work. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was being done and why. I also appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He was respectful, clean, and carried himself professionally the entire time. I got quotes from 3 different companies for my full system replacement, and Chris did the best job of explaining what set Mountainside apart from the competition; care given to selecting the appliances and pride in their work.
