I first and foremost just want to say that Jaymes is a good dude. He had good energy and came into our home excited and eager to help. He explained everything about the process of getting a new HVAC unit. It can be stressful because that is a huge purchase and a lot of moving parts that go into making it happen. The team at mountainside air did a great job installing my two new AC units. They were very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Jaymes the comfort advisor was extremely knowledgeable, and a good guy to work with. He explained all the options, took lots of pictures of what needed to be replaced. Very happy with everyone

Mountainside air was awesome to work with. They gave us a fair price and their workmanship was above what was expected. Customer service is great. The system we got is so quiet we can not hear it inside the house at all. The air stays at a constant temperature. We love it. Thank you

I had a great experience with Mountainside AC during a very stressful AC situation. We had been dealing with an ongoing no-cooling issue and needed another professional diagnosis. Rudy, the GM, was extremely helpful and professional, and Christian, the technician, was excellent. Christian took the time to properly evaluate the system instead of just guessing or rushing through the call. Glad to have found this company which is first of all a family business that is well organized, responsive, kept closely in communication every step of the way. Two days after making a first call Cristian arrived and ran a diagnosis which gave me peace of mind about my A/C. He is pleasant, transparent about the working of the A/C (didn't give me any horror story why I needed to fix anything else).
