Beware VIP Parking! Update - 4 voicemails and no response. Bought VIP parking for the July 6 concert so my wife and I could be ahead of the traffic after the concert. Parking attendants guide you to spots and then THEY PARK YOU LIKE SARDINES! They have you back in and when I did the attendant asked me to park closer (seems to me like a management directive). Best concert venue in the Bay Area!
The venue and lined up is still awesome. It’s just the random BS that came with commercialization of the event with AXS. The bag rule is so freaking ridiculous and randomly enforced. Wife got turned away because the bag stuck out by 1inc (nevermind it’s collapsible and pushing it down could fit another bag. Now people with bags bigger went through the other lines without issues. Profiling? Lack of training and common sense? Guess what? It ruined our experience.
Beautiful venue but if you want to drink water you have to buy their toxic water in toxic plastic bottles. No bringing clean filtered water from home. Too bad if you’ve got health issues. 😡
