Lloyd was fantastic. I live out of town. He took care of many of the details and logistics in helping to get the house ready to sell. Two days after putting the for sale sign up we had a offer and sold the house. Lloyd truly became a friend and I would look to him anytime I would need to sell or buy a home.

I had a unique situation because I needed to sell a house for my uncle’s estate when he passed. I am clear up in Salmon, ID. I took a chance on Lloyd Smith. He was quick and gave me many options. We sold the house and closed within two weeks. Now, I have a new friend (because of his honesty and he is pretty funny), money in the bank and I did not have the stress I have experienced selling homes in the past. You won’t go wrong with this group. They will treat you right!!!
