Lloyd is amazing to work with. He has alot of experience and knowledge in the industry. He genuinely cares to find something that will fit you and/or your family. He is an honest, trustworthy, man of God.
Lloyd was fantastic. I live out of town. He took care of many of the details and logistics in helping to get the house ready to sell. Two days after putting the for sale sign up we had a offer and sold the house. Lloyd truly became a friend and I would look to him anytime I would need to sell or buy a home.
Lloyd went out of his way. Fought for us and kept the nonsense away. Our family's had to sell our parents home. It was rough, but he made things so smooth. Showed compassion and care. Above that, he listened. There is no way you'd go wrong having him help you. He is the best. Thank you so much Lloyd!
I had a unique situation because I needed to sell a house for my uncle’s estate when he passed. I am clear up in Salmon, ID. I took a chance on Lloyd Smith. He was quick and gave me many options. We sold the house and closed within two weeks. Now, I have a new friend (because of his honesty and he is pretty funny), money in the bank and I did not have the stress I have experienced selling homes in the past. You won’t go wrong with this group. They will treat you right!!!
