I went in to discuss chronic nausea i.e. issues with my stomach with Dr. Kenworthy. Not once did he ever ask my family's medical history or anything besides my diet. He continuously ignored my questions about my stomach and hyper-focused on my colon, which I'm already receiving treatment for. Eventually he gave me a pamphlet about drinking water and eating vegetables and tried to end our visit abruptly. After a terrible experience with Dr. Gunnerson at Intermountain GI, we finally got with Lorna, the NP, ad MW Gastro. She was so caring and helpful, she went through me exactly what my illness was and what my treatment plan would be. She actually cared for me and about me. It was quite refreshing after what I went through at the last office. Thanks, Lorna!!!

I was recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis by a different doctor and wasn't getting the treatment that I needed, so I requested to have my files transferred over to Mountain West Gastroenterology. They told me that I would need a referral from my MD, so I got that sent over then called to setup an appointment. They told me that since the colonoscopy wasn't done by one of their docs they would not see me. My husband just had a colonoscopy here- the receptionist was very friendly and discreet - I did not hear her even once - for any patient- Michael the RN- was friendly, helpful and did not speak down to us - Dr Brian Miller was fantastic- I read these poor reviews - apparently these people did not go to the same place I did! St George staff is professional in every way!! Thank you for making this procedure go so smoothly !
