Front desk needs to work on service and improving knowledge especially while working with insurance. Also eyeglass and contact prescription at Mountain West Eyecare last 1 year. I've always had 2 years prescription at other offices. Edit: they also did not give me my prescription in office and used some weird excuse that it took time to finalize my prescription. I had to wait a few days and then go online to get it. All very sketch and something I’ve never experienced elsewhere before.
