Front desk needs to work on service and improving knowledge especially while working with insurance. Also eyeglass and contact prescription at Mountain West Eyecare last 1 year. I've always had 2 years prescription at other offices. Edit: they also did not give me my prescription in office and used some weird excuse that it took time to finalize my prescription. I had to wait a few days and then go online to get it. All very sketch and something I’ve never experienced elsewhere before.
I've been a customer of Mt West Eye Care for over 20 years. It is the only place that can get my unique prescription correct. They keep up to date with the latest technology & equipment. Dr. Gillett always take the time to check n with you as a person and explain the results of tests. The amazing staff is always helpful and patient. Plus they have recently added some spa Aesthetics services.
Dr. Bethany Gillett is a wonderful doc. I've been going there for a few years. When I had an incident of extreme dry eye she helped me by introducing me to Serenity the master esthetician to assist with the dry eye. I am so happy with the results! An a side note, Mountain West Eyecare has a quarterly giveaway. I won the 3rd quarter one!!!! Thank you all.
