I made an appointment here because our regular provider is short staffed and busy currently. I only wanted the exam for myself and my daughter which I made clear. Everything went fine with the exams. Which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. The issue came in when they asked if we wanted eyeglasses or contacts. I said it didn’t hurt to get an estimate, but we would probably stick with our provider because we’re happy with them and again stated that we were there for the exam only. Big shout out to Erin. She is super helpful. I’m glad she was able to take action, and get me my glasses done so I could finally see! It is scary to drive at night with messed up lenses, glad that’s over. Someone needs to get Erin her own lab, she would run that place like it’s the Navy. Thanks
I need to update my review. We ordered contacts and the office ordered the wrong ones. We paid in full. Brought back the wrong contacts and requested to get the correct ones. A month later we still don’t have contacts and only have excuses and no refund. I can no longer recommend this business to anyone. Erin was amazing and helpful. Dr Briggs helpful, I can only recommend eye exams here.
We've been going here for years, the staff us always so nice and knowledgeable and Dr Gillett is great!
